[ANDROID] /Mem/Logbook/byId/{LogId}/Descriptors returns empty data

After configuring the DataLogger (for dataEntry path of /Meas/Acc/13) and setting the state of the DataLogger to 3 (DATALOGGER_LOGGING), Logbook entries API was used to get the LogId successfully. However, when using the id to get data back from /Mem/Logbook/byId/{LogId}/Descriptors, the result returned is {}.
