Library Implementation to Project

I am developing an Android app with Movesense device but I could not implement MDS library to my project. When I want to implement the library I get this error below:

‌ ERROR: Failed to resolve: :mdslib:1.39 Affected Modules: app error

I am using sdk version 29 for both target and compile.
