Byte On Panel
Add simple icons to the desktop panel. The icons show bandwidth usage of all the network interfaces on a Linux system, i.e. a network traffic monitor.
Similiar to the network traffic monitor of icewm.
Copy the "byteonpanel" file into your PATH and run it. It will check your network interfaces and pop some icons for every active network interface on the desktop panel bar.
Copy the "byteonpanel.desktop" file to $HOME/.config/autostart/. Then open LXDE->Preferences->Desktop Session Settings->Automatically Started Applications->ByteOnPanel. Check the box. Then logout and login. Vola!
