Unclean or impossible playing some HES

Some HES files not are not read correctly.
I tested ffmpeg, the gme player available with the sources, and zxtune which has old libgme source.
The only one that works correctly is zxtune.
My skills are blocking me here :)

In attachment, a hes file that doesn't work, the tracks from 0 to 6 should be able to be read.
