/status @User not working

I believe the issue is in https://bitbucket.org/mrdon/hc-standup/src/c3c6c77f6dcab13ada45675e1c6e3cd42f69a41e/app.py?at=master#cl-114. The method is passed the user as the string '@User' rather than 'User'. But there are also no spaces in the @ mentions.

As I read the code, mention_name is set to '@carver'. I'm not familiar with the API, is the room_message event sending back the mention name as just 'carver' instead of '@carver'? If so, we just need to strip out the @ before lookup.

Yeah i think the @ was the issue.
