Concerning Avatar Photo Url That is Incorrect on Internal Hipchat

Using a corporate internal hipchat, and we use the standup bot. When I submit my standup it says 'X user has submitted the standup report' but then shows an Avatar that is on a completely different domain. Looks like another cloud hipchat instance, for another company?

This is concerning, can someone look at it?
