Repro Steps

Create a field configuration which uses more than one sub-task (e.g. "Awe" and "Hello")
View an issue and open Taskmaster plugin
Add sub-tasks, then click "Create"

What Happens

User cannot specify to create sub-tasks using a different sub-task issue type
Sub-Tasks are created using the first alphabetically sub-task specified (i.e. "Awe" in the above example)
