create several subtasks from template

As a user of the taskmaster plugin, I want to pre-fill the list of subtasks to be created from one of my templates, so that I can quickly create a list of standard subtasks which I need in certain situations.

Ideally, I would have a couple of templates maybe just in a text file on my client PC, and be able to copy/paste them into the taskmaster plugin, populating the task list. I can then remove / edit / extend that list within the taskmaster plugin, and then create all the subtasks in one swoop.
