Create Subtasks menu item too close to Create Subtask

The labelling for Taskmaster Plugin issue menu item should be renamed

From picture below, there is only a minor difference in labelling between:

"Create Sub-Task" - to create only one single Subtask
"Create Sub-Tasks"- to access Taskmaster plugin
