Repro Steps

Open Taskmaster plugin
Specify many sub-tasks to create
Submit and wait

What Happens

User is returned the following application error, which is unhelpful and vague to the user
Sub-tasks are still created

This was reproducible when trying to create 100 sub-tasks at once
