Outgoing messages have incorrect encoding or something like this

My buddy can't see my messages because the only he sees is random characters. So I suggest that this is an encoding problem. This plugin doesn't have any enconding configuration so I can't experiment with it. I tried mra plugin, but it fails too. Maybe Mail.Ru changed protocol and this is an special case that should be considered to make plugin work.
