The history doesn't "propose" the last item, but an item roughly in the middle - bug or feature???

How to reproduce? Here it suggests first match from start and using up/down with empty edit box selects item which is previous/next to currently selected.

Unable to reproduce.

Probably got confused by incidentally clicking on a history item.
