More general server specification

At the moment a new server can be specified only by its domain name. It is not clear how to specify e.g. a server running (e.g. for testing purposes) on the local machine.

Allowing full-fledged URLs would allow in particular to specify a local or remote file representing a null server (cf. issue #130) containing the names of the "pseudocorpora" (perhaps with some addiitonal information).

Null server no longer needed, but an easy way to specify local or other non-standard server is still desirable.

I don't remember what kind of problem with a local server I had in mind. I will reopen it if needed.
