Alphabetic ordering of index is broken

Load the enclosed index as a Linde's dictionary index and select alphabetic ordering. It is not a Polish alphabetic order and the current locale doesn't seem to influence it.

I've just noticed that the invocation

LANG=pl_PL djview4poliqarp &

results in the message

Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library. Using the fallback 'C' locale.

Sort according to current locale. Closes #164. Unfortunately, this is quite slow. I asked the support if there is a faster solution.
