Offline cache of DjVu files

Copy the file to the disk on the first access and keep it permanently until the user will request to remove it.

Additionally allow to copy all files for using the index offline (copying unbundled documents is too difficult for a typical user).

Other approaches to offline use are also acceptable.

It seems difficult as DjVu document is handled internally by DjVu library, not by Djview for Poliqarp.

On Linux you can use https://github.com/jwilk/djvu-toolbox/blob/master/djvu-wget.

The problem is that DjVu library expects URL, not raw data.

But you can modify URL on the fly making them to point to the local copy. Or, perhaps better, make a new index file.
