Hidden text panel

The hidden text panel introduced in Chimosz's fork https://bytebucket.org/jsbien/ndt/wiki/img/12_djview2hiddentext.jpg can be generalized to display the text from the sidecar hOCR, if available. Actualy standard hidden text can be always converted to hOCR with Wilk's utility.

The panel can serve also as a better replacement of the web client context panel.

The user can circumvent the limitation using djview.

The function is available in djview4 for quite a long time, any document with hidden text can be used for testing.

As I mentioned in
#226, the current way of displaying hidden text appeared inconvenient. The text panel from Chimosz's fork is OK for me, but I'm open also to other proposals. -

Please describe necessary features (not GUI solution, just what do you need to do with the text) in #229.

This is not a new issue, the text panel issue was not resolved but rather circumvented.
I want to see the text, so it's GUI issue.

To simplify the task don't use the sidecar hOCR.
The panel can also provide some information about the placement of the displayed text in the document structure.
