Refresh status bar after editing an entry

Just open and close the edit dialog for any entry.

Still can't reproduce. How do you open Edit dialog and how do you close it?

With Ctrl-e there is no problem. It occurs when the dialog is open from the right-click menu.

The left part of the status bar is obscured by temporary status messages, like menus.

I will add permanent file/page number information on the right.

"One off error" - the first page should have number 1, not 0.
