It would be nice to have an alternative installer for both djview4 and djview4poliqarp. At the moment the is no a separate djview4 installer, one has to install the whole DjVuLibre bundle.

Definitely various DjVuLibre utilities are not needed by a typical djview user.

Current Windows version is available from Downloads page and basic compilation HOWTO was added to README.
