Make backup copy of configuration file

As demonstrated by issue #290, this may be useful for diagnosing a problem.

BTW, are corpus configuration changes logged somehow on server?

Configuration file is in the registry on Windows, so that’s not feasible. On other OS-es this is a simple file which user can easily backup himself. I think it is a bad idea for application to implement this.

So if I demonstrated the portable version of the program to somebody on his/her Windows 10 computer, I leave a trace in the registry. I can live with it, but it does not seem elegant.

Alas, this is Microsoft’s recommended way of doing this on Windows.
