Issue #17 new

Should support defining macros

zcorpan
created an issue

The HTML spec uses things like

<!--SET FINGERPRINT=<span title="fingerprinting vector" class="fingerprint"><img src="images/fingerprint.png" alt="(This is a fingerprinting vector.)" width=46 height=64></span>-->

and then

<!--INSERT FINGERPRINT-->

It would be nice to be able to do this with anolis. (Not necessarily using that syntax.)

    In CSSOM I validate the source file only and assume that the output of anolis is also valid. It would be nice if the defining macro gets validated. So maybe something like:

    <span data-anolis-set=fingerprint title="fingerprinting vector" class="fingerprint"><img src="images/fingerprint.png" alt="(This is a fingerprinting vector.)" width=46 height=64></span>

    and then

    <span data-anolis-use>fingerprint</span>

    or some such. This would mean that the defining macros would have to be at the start of body rather than at the top of the file, but I think that's OK.
