I worked at a school and we set up our library on this system. Was laid off and they system has not been used in 2 years. How can we reactivate this system?? The entire library had been scanned into it and would very much like to retrieve it and get it going again. It was setup by a traveling IT person with the school and it has been difficult to get help from him now.
From what I can figure out, it was a downloaded program and I am assuming (since it only worked on a few pc's) that I need to find the exact pc that was used. yes/no?? If I download it again on another pc, will all our files be locatable??
I would appreciate any help or suggestions!
