The issue with her is her ultimate's effect. Considering that her ultimate deals a significant amount of damage to BOTH her and the enemy unit, I think that in itself is enough to be careful for the use of that spell. So my point is - remove the mana cost completely, as she already has enough spells which demand a lot of mana for continual uses, taking into account her stat / stat's growth.

People will build her whatever they want nevertheless her desired roles. It is just in those cases her potential will be reduced to a certain degree if they will build mana items. I mean in a competitive games that will be useless pretty much.

Not that much, because even if she gets only one intel item wich is done when you play levi as an example or when the force staff gave int stats on old days that didnt reduced his early game potential rather it buffed him hard same goes for anko, she should be effective early game and still be effective late but not as much as early.

Yeah really as an example, dont tell me that you dont know what is an example. Some str heros can work with intel items thats a mechanic you dont seem to know as far as i read you.

Just na rather than removing the mana [Wich is thinking inside the box] wont you think that would be better reducing the damage she takes into a half, so it can be still mana based rather than let her free cast the skill every time is up even in late game when she gets a good bunch of sustain items.
Twin Snake Sacrifice:
-Change the damage dealt to anko from 50/60/70% of her missing health to 25/30/35% and the target stills takes 50/60/70% damage of his missing health
-Reduce the mana cost from 150/200/250 to 120/160/200
By the way since you are complaning about that the problem is that she wont be build tanky with the change im suggesting, but in your case she might be still builded as a tank but with the chance that she can free cast the skill when she has it up. So is a double edged sword both recomendations and you are the only one who is worryed about that skill i have seen ankos building int items with str items to sustain the mana cost.
