I'm familiar with the character being messed up in many ways, but still I think it would be worth changing a couple of things about him -

a) Reduce his stun to a maximum of 2 seconds. This change would reduce Kakashi's carry potential in some ways for obvious reasons.

b) Decrease the mana cost from 200 to a scale of 20 / 30 / 40 / 50. Considering the spell is capable of copying only 1 fixed spell and is highly situational in terms of who you're playing against, there shouldn't be any reason for mana cost to be so damn high

c) Re-scale the cooldown for his Chidori to a maximum of 40 seconds on the last level. Right now it is somewhere like 20 or 25 seconds which is really low for the amount of damage that is involved.

d) I suggest putting a static value of 100 for his invisibility spell, because there isn't really any point in using it as soon as you level it, because of such a high mana cost. Frankly speaking I dont understand why his mana cost decreases per level, it should be the other way around at the very least. So yeah 100 mana is a good suggestion so that he won't cast it every now and then

a) seems good.

b) I opose this, coying a skill for so much cheap mana is a danger, to the enemys. But if you want that i will recomend to give the skill a higher cooldown around 40 seconds and reduce the time kakashe posseses the skill he copyed in other words reduce the duration of the skill obtained to 25 seconds so he has to think wich skill he wants to copy.

c) Agree on this for the moment that should fix the super potential of ganking he has with this skill.

d) This skill is the one who worryes me the most since it gives him so much survivability, if you wanna reduce the mana cost again increase the cooldown or suggest to remove the bonus movement speed that this skill gives to kakashi.

You need to analyse the situations and the posibilitys rather than thinking the stuff like stun, you are only thinking wich thing will benefit kakashi and adjust some numbers that you think that seems op rather than thinking how this would affect the enemys that are playing against him.
