Kabuto Heal the same amount in all levels

His heal deals the same amount of dmg on enemy's hero through all 4 levels. Though not sure if you're intended this to happen.

    It is a mith. It deals 2xlevel every 0.2 seconds of game (10xlevel DPS, in other words damage is 10/20/30/40)
