Updates Milestone 2 Binary Packages (71 patches since last release)

Changes:

• Fixed AMP-144~139, 137, 129, 133, 132, 130, 128, 127, 126, 124, 118
• Added an LLVM pass to deduce address space automatically
• Fixed some regressions in samples reported by Rich Dobbs
• Fixed problem when using binary package with Samples
• Fixed hanging problem for AMD GPUs on samples using barrier, like histogram

Milestone 2 and Binary packages of C++AMP-to-OpenCL compiler for Linux (clamp) is released!

Changes:

• Added a tool clamp-config for generating CXXFLAGS and LDFLAGS (see latest build scripts for usage)
• Fixed AMP-122
