Missing clFFT prerequisite in the intallation steps

Hui. For the installation of hcFFT Library, clFFT is not needed. Hence it would not be there in "Installation Steps"

We need clFFT Only for Unit testing and its mentioned as a part of ./docs/source/Unit_testing.rst

Yes. I saw the instruction at http://hcfft.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Unit_testing.html I am thinking when passing --test=on to build.sh, the script can automatically install clFFT if applicable for the fresh user sake?

Yes Agreed. We would like to get rid of clfft dependency ASAP and have CPU based fftw library to make unit testing. I already have fftw-integrate branch doing this stuff. Waiting Meena to finish her impending tasks before we merge it all to master
