during x264 it's 69 for 8bit and 81 for 10bit. in x265 it's really 69 for all 8&10&12bit?

In x264 QP_MAX_SPEC depends on bit-depth. But in x265 QP_MAX_SPEC is 51 for all depths. So in x265 the default value for --qpmax is 69 for all depths.
