http://x265.readthedocs.io/en/latest/presets.html#presets doesn't list psy-rdoq, but the source code does change it for the presets. (didn't check other options)

Since most folks do not check the source code this really is misleading.

• '--qp-size' isn't mentioned
• 'aq-strength' in adjusted by 'superfast' and thus should also be listed in the preset table, alternatively which I would think to be more consisted: adjust param.cpp to not change aq-strength for superfast, 'param->rc.aqMode = X265_AQ_NONE' should be enough.
