Working with HEVC encoder version 2.8+74-fd517ae68f93 on Gladiator' 245,910 frames encode I've faced two problems:
1) The minor one: Sometimes, the encoder generates a couple of frames which PowerDVD decodes with blockings. The free decoders - don't.
2) The major problem: Couldn't concatenate any other sequence of GOPs so as to replace the one generating blockings. The error occured at the end of the new replacing sequence. Essentially, the error demonstrates as mixing the order of the joned sequence's frames.
