I was wondering, what are the possibilities of getting fixes out to the X265 encoder? I've talked to a few people about the encoder and some of the biggest issues that they want to be changed is better rate control, rate control that allows 100 Mbps without causing issues, and failure. Better bit allocation per frame, and frame pulsing.

Do you think it would be possible to get these fixes out there?
