Support passing cmake flags to multilib.sh

Similar to the existing MAKEFLAGS could there be a CMAKEFLAGS that is added last to the cmake commands? That would make it easier to do custom builds. I currently do a sed hack to add it and then use it to -G and to pass -w-macro-params-legacy for less verbose build warnings.
