Since 3.5+43 hevc_nvenc does not recognize nvidia 1060

Since 3.5+43 when I try to encode hevc_nvenc using my GTX1060 I get error 'no capable devices found'.

Could you tell me how to use nvenc along with x265 encoder? Or what shall I need to do to build nvenc compatible version of x265.exe? Thanks!
