corrupted double-linked list

Recieved a corrupted double-linked list error. I ended up testing each flag one at a time and it occurs when using "--sao-lcu-bounds=1". It occurs when the process is killed or the program exits upon completion.

I bisected and found the bug was introduced by 18f936182df5 7 weeks ago

an invalid pointer is getting freed when the encoder cleans up the SAO structures.
