denoise ASM output doesn't match C ref output

known repro:

x265 old_town_cross_444_720p50.y4m --nr 500 out.hevc -f 100

When run with --no-asm, the output will change. It's not clear that this necessarily requires 4: 4: 4 inputs to reproduce.

Note that both outputs are valid (no hash mistakes, etc) and the differences are very minor

Exactly it is not ASM code problem, our C ref output is changing even for same input for different run, but every time output is valid and no hash mistake. So the asm is expect to change as per C ref change.

this was fixed by making the denoise buffers per Quant instance
