bug fix for lowpass dct with high bit depth

Hi Zhengzhi Duan,

The changes were valid, and the issue of the video getting pixelated has been resolved. However, in the patch, you used S265_DEPTH, but we use X265_DEPTH. Additionally, the patch doesn't apply without using --ignore-whitespace option. Could you please re-share the patch with the required changes based on the latest commit 0dfbe6d?
