fit-range in bin together with usr_fit_ranges fails

Andreas Suter created an issue

When giving the fit range in bins, i.e. fit fgb+n0 lgb-n1 and setting in the PLOT block use_fit_ranges, the presented view doesn't make any sense.

I guess that the fit range in bins is not properly checked in PrepareViewData

    In branch global_sec, the problem is solved. In early Januar 2015, this branch will be merged into the master, and hence this problem will be resolved automatically.
