NeXus file structure changed

Andreas Suter created an issue

When moving to git, the NeXus project also changed the installation file structure. Default prefix: /usr/local but newly the includes are found under

/usr/local/include/nexus

rather than under

/usr/local/include

as found previously. This needs to be adopted and the installations cleaned up!
