musrFT average per data set

currently musrFT, when called with the average flag, averages ALL present data irrespectively if the data are from a single data set or from multiple data sets. Often this is not what the user will aim for. To compare different data sets it would be useful to be able to average there data sets individually.

Adding a flag like '-ad, -average-per-dataset' would be beneficial.
