mupp: "Couldn't Open the IPC Message Queue"

When attempting to plot parameters using mupp, I receive the error message: * "Couldn't Open the IPC Message Queue" *

OS: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS (Bionic) on Windows Subsystem for Linux. X-11 System: mobaXTerm

So yes, I'm actually running windows. Windows 10 has a Linux subsystem and installation is fairly easy assuming you know what you're doing. Everything else works nicely; this is the one feature I've used so far that doesn't work.

The Windows 10 Linux subsystem (up to 1903) doesn’t have a full implementation of a IPC Message Queue I am using. The feature is still missing. Perhaps 2004 will fix that?!

Unit Window 10 2004. There I will need to re-visit the issue.

Update: I just installed WSL2 (Windows Version 2004), and it now works correctly! Thank you!
