Fourier amplitudes for single histogram fits

It seems that the amplitudes of the Fourier transform for single histogram fits are not corrected for “alpha”. This is much more obvious when alpha is different than 1 and then the amplitudes of the experimental Fourier of the histograms are different while their fits match (see attached). I am not sure why but it is somehow related to alpha different than 1.

No, it has absolutely nothing to do with the "alpha". It is an artefact from the apodization which still needs further investigations.
