RUN Block : replace ROOT-NPP/PPC by MUSR-ROOT where possible

Andreas Suter created an issue

replace ROOT-NPP/PPC where ever possible by MUSR-ROOT since it could lead to terrible confusion for RED/GREEN files when using ROOT-NPP/PPC.

The reader detects if it is a MusrRoot file and not an "old" Root file. Hence it is easy to adjust the RUN block header to the MusrRoot file tag.
