Update "power electronics" label in Figure 3.13 [modeling]

In Figure 3.13a (version 3.0h), the label "Power electronics" is not correct. It must be "Power System", or "Electric power system". No power electronics is involved here, at least that is detectable from the diagram itself, where only generators, step-up transformers, lines, and buses are shown. It is in particular a power transmission system that transfers electrical energy from power plants (represented by the generator/step-up transformer pairs) to transmission substations (these last not shown)."
