Example 12.2 on reference following is missing feedforward formula

Richard Murray repo owner created an issue

Example 12.2 ("Reference following for a third-order system") is missing the formula for the feedforward transfer function $F$. This will take a bit of work to put in since the MATLAB file that generates the plot just plots the desired closed loop response without actually computing the feedforward controller.
