Use "setpoint" globally

From Karl, 5 Oct: Could you add spelling of set point to thing we have to check globally, some versions are setpoint and set point (Section 11.4) set-point, have a slight preference for setpoint. I have been tied up with Department work for a while and we have an LCCC focus period coming up so I have not been doing much on the book, will try to do a bit of work over the weekend.

RMM response: I’ll put a note to check this globally. In the first edition we used “setpoint” and I think it makes sense to stick with that.
