This page contains information about formatting of equations in FBS.

Punctuation:

• Equations should be punctuated as text objects
• For cases environment, place appropriate punctuation at the end of each case

Subscripts:

• Subscripts that represent variables should be typeset in normal math italic font: $x_i$
• When a subscript is an abbreviation or shorthand for an word or phrase, it should be typset in roman font using \verb|\text|: $\omega_\text{gc}$ (gain crossover)
