Support for controller BRP069C4x

Issue #12 wontfix
Peter van Es created an issue

This is the new controller built into the newer Airconditioners and which communicates with the new Daikin Residential Controller. This device appears incompatible with the library.

On another site a link to the following document was given: https://backend.daikincomfort.com/docs/default-source/product-documents/residential/manuals/othermanual/im-dknapi.pdf?sfvrsn=b0e02426_6

The Daikin Residential App (DRA) works on the same network as the Daikin, but it can control the airconditioner also when it is not on the same network (i.e. out of the house). The DRA apparently communicates and authenticates with an external server, which then controls the airconditioning. Since I opened nothing on my firewall, it appears that the airconditioning unit retrieves data from that external server.

I tried authenticating in accordance with the document above, but I did not manage to receive a token.

Adding support for the BRP069C4x device will make a lot of people using a domotica solution very happy.

Are you saying that domotica also are using this code?

Cool (it was built for HomeAssistant)

Actually, I use HomeAssistant as a helper to my Loxone Domotics installation. But yes, I use all sorts of integration engines to link things into to Loxone. But I’d really appreciate any help you van give on these new devices…

There is a workaround as a custom_integration for Home Assistant. As this requires extraction of keys this method can not be integrated into this lib and an official HA support.
