Where is v0.4?

I'm very confused, PyPI is referencing pydaikin 0.4 as coming from this repository but v0.4 doesn't appear to exist here. The code for 0.4 (as installed by pip) has some significant changes from the 0.1 code I see here. What am I missing? I'm wanting to make some PRs but not sure if I'm even in the right place here.
