Dotted & Dashed options not working properly

I just installed IssueGraph and went to the admin/config page.

I see by default 6 link types selected in the solid style.

The dotted & dashed selection lists each offer me 3 choices, but those 3 items are already listed in the solid category. If I select one of those and save, it is now listed in multiple styles!

Also, if I remove one of the others (e.g. Blocks) from solid it is gone and I cannot get it back!

At the first glance I am not able to reproduce your state.

Have you tried to delete all link types and assign them from scratch. There is a javascript running at the admin page, that should prevent you from assigning link types more than once.
