View as PNG does not work

We’re running version 2.1.2 of Issue Graph. The graph displays however when we click the icon to view as PNG, a blank window opens and the image never renders. Screenshot attached.

This greatly diminishes the value of the product for us.

Hi Jean,

thank you for your post. As result of a first check it seems to be a browser compability issue. Firefox is working fine whereas Chrome refuses to show the image.

As a first workaroud you could use Firefox to get the PNGs.

Nevertheless this issue is sheduled to be fixed, to restore compability with Chrome as well.
