Some apps that weren't downloaded completely cannot be redl'ed or deleted

Some generators don't download completely (most likely due to bad web connection.) Those naturally cannot be played. Usually deleting and-or redownloading the generator solves the problem, however this is not possible with very few generators which crash the entire app when clicked. Storage space is not responsible, and CPU/RAM shouldn't be a problem since generators downloaded completely run without a hitch. I'd be glad if someone could look into this.
